The best company I have ever dealt…
The best company I have ever dealt with. We bought a garden swing from them in 2020. A couple of screws were missing, they sent a huge bag of screws etc out to us.
I noticed one of the cushions had a fault, the zip had broken, so they sent a replacement out right away and didn't want the faulty one back so I now use it as a spare seat on a small table!
Then over the winter, the plastic 'things' that hold the canopy in place or let's you adjust it, broke. No questions asked, just send them a photo of said item- just received replacement bag- FOC.
Yes, I know these items should have been ok in the first place, but no quibble, replacements send out immediately.
I'd reccomended them to anyone.

Bought a 3 seater swing settee last year 2021 which, for the price, is amazing and we have had endless use from it. Unfortunately we have a cat who refuses to believe that the canopy is not her own personal hammock! She also uses it as a stepping stone to jump down from the garden fence.
With the wear and tear the canopy is getting, well over and above what it’s intended for, I contacted the Company to ask if I could get a replacement in case I needed it. (I’m pretty sure I will!!).
At the time they weren’t in stock but I was assured I would be contacted as soon as they were. Alfresia got back to me within a few days and I placed the order with them. It arrived within a week.
Very friendly and efficient service. I will, without doubt, be ordering from them again!

Excellent service
I purchased two luxury recliner cushions and two cushion pads. On unpacking, one of the recliner cushions was marked and the cushion pads hadn't arrived. I contacted Alfresia and had an almost immediate response to my email apologising for the damage, saying that a replacement would be sent out to me, also that they would follow up with the courier as to the whereabouts of the missing items. I received my replacement the following day and the cushions also arrived. The cushions are excellent quality and a good price. I would especially like to congratulate the customer service team on their professional and efficient response. I note some negative comments have been left in the past but my experience was extremely positive and I would not hesitate to purchase from Alfresia again.

Excellent products and customer service
I bought 4 seat pads from Alfresia but received only two. I contacted customer service and they immediately dispatched the two missing seat pads. I also received a partial refund through PayPal for the missing seat pads, and when I mentioned this to Alfresia’s customer service and offered to pay back the refund, they told me to keep the refund as an apology for the problem with my order. Props to Alfresia for excellent customer service that turned an initially negative experience into a positive one. The seat pads themselves are gorgeous and very well padded, a really well made product that I would definitely purchase again.

Appalling and Untrustworthy
I required to cancel my order from Alfresia.
I was told that I could not cancel prior to delivery but to advise the delivery driver (from PVD, the courier service they use) the order was cancelled and not to accept delivery.
I did this and the delivery driver said he would take it as a cancelled order then drove off and left the swing chair order on my drive.
I messaged Alfresia as unable to contact the courier service and explained what had happened. They did not acknowledge the problem in their reply and took no responsibility whatsoever. They told me that they could arrange collection for £15!!!
I would never place an order with this company again - awful ?!!

Non matching cushions sent, no replies from Alfresia
I ordered two relaxer cushions last Friday and received the deliver on Monday. However, the two cushions are not matching, I have not received a response in respect of the issue. Alfresia have not returned my emails or phone calls. They are not answering their phone.
Very disappointed customer.

AVOID!!
AVOID!!! Horrendous customer service. You can't phone as it constantly says no one is available then cuts you off. Takes them a week or longer to respond to an email. £350 for a swing seat was at the higher end so you'd expect some quality, but item received badly scratched,and couldn't be put together as the holes don't aline and bolts not long enough. Finally got my refund today after weeks of trying to sort with them.

Hi everyone. I will keep this short. I have had the same issue as everyone else here, dont bother trying to contact them as they dont answer phones, emails or live chat. If your purchase was less than 120 days ago and you never receieved what you purchased. Ask your bank to do a charge back and they will take the money back from alfresia and put it back in your account.
Terrible customer service.
I ordered a swing chair in grey. When the frame arrived it was green. The cushions were not deliver at all. I immediately tried to find contact details for the company. Surprise, surprise no phone numbers on their site. Only a form for an online chat or email. I tried the chat all day and no one answered. I sent an email and waited a day for a reply. I got an email back to apologise and to say the cushions were out for delivery the next day. I was asked to wait and they would then collect the frame that was the wrong colour and if the cushions were incorrect the cushions at the same time. The cushions arrived but were really dirty. I sent another email and got no reply. I have now reported them to PayPal. They answered the first request from PayPal but nothing since. So I’m stuck with a huge garden swing chair and cushions in my house and no resolution as yet. Absolutely appalling service.
POOR QUALITY PRODUCT /POOR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE
do not use this company as you will waste your time and money. I ordered a 3 seater swing last year and after 3 weeks and many emails it arrived, it seemed whilst making it of reasonable quality except for the canopy which is very poor.This was purchased to replace a similar item that we had for 16 years and only replaced the cushions once. We also purchased the waterproof cover but that had to be returned the first time it rained as the cushions were soaked, this they replaced although the next one was little better we kept it and just took the cushions off if rain was forecast. After a few weeks the cushion ties began coming away, so after 3/4 came off we contacted Alfresia again and they told us to return the cushions and when they would replace them, so another 10 days approx without the swing.
The cushions were stored away for winter and the first sign of good weather out they came and straight away the ties started coming off so we contacted customer services again who said send them back and they will replace them. Not wishing to send them back my wife offered to try a repair them and if it was not successful we could still have them replaced and this was agreed, bearing in mind nearly everytime you contact customer services it takes a couple of days to get a reply. After trying to repair them which was not successful instead of having them replaced we asked for a full refund as the swing seat was still under guarantee this they agreed to and we arranged a date to have it collected by their carriers XPD. We were given a time slot 8.11pm to 10.11pm I knew when I saw the eta there was going to trouble. When I contacted them next day after quite a few emails somebody came back and said they would arrange to have it collected the next day. I asked why couldnt they contact XPD and have it collected that day I was told all the the drivers were out and they could not be contacted which is the most ridiculous statement as every driver has a phone.
So today I have again waited in all day waiting for my 2 hour time slot from which has not materialised and Alfresia customer services are not answering my emails. that is nearly 3 days wasted

OMG , only part of swing seat sent, No cushions sent with frame.
Okay , I bought a three seater swing seat , 329.00 not cheap , but after two days i had a delivery note to say my seat will be delivered. To my shock and horror , only one big box with seat frame has been delivered , driver said he didn't know where the cushions where , maybe they will follow . I don't think i would use again and never should you. It seem after reading other reviews this is how the company trades , not the best way to trade.

Like others I was a bit apprehensive after reading poor reviews about this company especially, as has been stated, because they don't have a phone number. However I had no problem with the luxury swing seat I'd ordered, though for some reason it arrived in two separate consignments on consecutive days (frame/swing seat, then cushions). Everything was in order with the swing seat and though it was a bit of a pig to put together, and I would say preferably two assemblers needed, it stands looking beautiful now on our top lawn and my wife and I are really pleased with it, and reckon it's good value.

Great product, great service!
I was abit apprehensive about ordering my 3 seater garden swing from Alfresia.co.uk as I’d read previous negative reviews, but really loved the look of the luxury swing. I can honestly say that from ordering to receiving the process has been superb! The item did come in 3 separate deliveries but I was notified each time, I even queried this with customer services & they responded very quickly. Top notch product, from a very reliable company! Well done
More than happy with the product. Sturdy and of great quality. I'd recommend to anyone who likes a firm seat cushion.
We ordered our 3 seater recliner on 7th April. We received the seat frame on 14th April, well packed and in great condition. The cushions didn't arrive with the frame so I emailed Alfresia. I got a prompt reply apologising and explaining the carrier had split the order and to expect the cushions within 3 days. They came the next day. The frame was tricky to put together but it's sturdy and of great quality. The cushions are also great quality but quite firm in comparison to my old seat. If you like a firm seat, you'll like the cushions for sure.
No follow up with the lost parts. BAD!!!
Purchase a swing chair from them. Delivered 2 times but still haven't got complete set of cushions. Email and message many times without reply. DISAPPOINTED!!!!
